The breakfast was really good (I am thankful for the fresh pastries). I also enjoyed the spa. It had both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The fitness center seemed very professional. I think it is designed for athletes. The room featured a nice balcony overlooking green space.
The toilet had a glass door and walls, so it didn't offer much privacy. The air conditioning had a bad smell, like it was not properly cleaned or maintained. I also noticed the TV was not a smart TV and had very limited channels. I found accessing the hotel in rush hour tricky since it is located on a busy highway.

The spa was well-kept with functional saunas and a nice pool. Cleanliness was a priority there. Internet access was reliable throughout the complex. The location near the Sofia ring mall and other stores was convenient. It made accessing necessities easier. Breakfast provided sufficient food to start the day.
I asked for a chair for the balcony. It was never delivered . The room lighting was insufficient. A used shaving blade remained on the rainfall shower head in the bathroom from a previous guest. Cobwebs covered the balcony, and water from the air conditioning unit created a mess.

i encountered a wedding party EVERY night with loud music until midnight , impacting sleep. the outdoor pool was not heated .

The pool was of a good size. I found it relaxing to spend time there. Breakfast was offered as a buffet. It included a great choice of eggs, meat, cheese, veggies and fruit.
The location is far from the center. Guests must use public transportation to get around. The staff's English skills were not strong. Communication was a bit difficult at times.

Housekeeping was a problem . The room was not cleaned thoroughly (I found some dust under the bed). the staff at reception did not seem particularly attentive to requests.
